Functions of District Development Office

  • PLANNING, COORDINATION,IMPLEMENTATION,MONITORING,REPORTING AND ASSESSMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM/PROJECT
  • Planning, Coordinating, implementing and monitoring the Development and Physical Minor Project at district level hence it will be consistent to the stated circulars and guidelines.
  • PLANNING, COORDINATION,IMPLEMENTATION,MONITORING,REPORTING AND ASSESSMENT OF POVERTY ALLEVIATION
  • Planning, Coordinating, implementing and monitoring the Poverty Alleviation Project/ProgramMerancang, menyelaras, melaksana dan memantau Projek/Program at the district level thus it will reach the targeted  group in consistent with the government objective.
  • SECRETARIAL COMMITTEE
  • Helding the periodic coordination meeting at the district level in order to ensure the programs / projects of the Federal Government runs smoothly.
  • COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND JKKKP
  • Prepare and submit reports on current issues / complaints that occur in the area that impact on the economic, social, political, and security to the Community and Institutional Development Division (PMI), JPPK to react immediately.
  • ATTENDING/OFFICIATING THE PROGRAM/CEREMONY/MEETING  
  • Attend meeting/program organized by public departments/agencies in order to establish constructive engagement with the local proponent and the district public departments/agencies.
